SCHEDULE of AVAILABILITY of SERVICE : Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
You may file complaints for NO WATER, DIRTY WATER, BUSTED SERVICE LINE BEFORE METER, METER LEAK, LOST METER.
- Who may file a complaint : Registered active concessionaire of the BWD
- All complaints shall be acted upon the next working day of filing.
